Playmakers is introducing a new workout class called Soccercise. A workout that uses the game of soccer, Soccercise will guarantee that you will burn fat during the workout, and even hours after. Science shows that a soccer workout will burn fat at a rate of 3.7% in an hour, as opposed to the 2% you will get from jogging for an hour. Because of its varying levels of intensity, soccercise is both an aerobic and anaerobic workout. Classes will be taught by Beth Cloy, and will be held Tuesdays at 6:40pm.
